Email us or call us right away. We ship out orders very quickly. Once the order leaves our warehouse, the order can not be changed.
When an order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account, select your order and track it there. If you can not find the track number, please feel free to email us and we can send it to you.
If you did not receive instructions in the package, they can be found online. They are available on the product page and in your account under the orders section.
