Easy Returns
New, unused, and unaltered parts can be returned within the policy window. Start your return online, contact support, or request an exchange if you need a different part.
Products must be new, unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and returned with the original box, packaging, and paperwork.

Returned products and packaging must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all paperwork included.

Exchanges
Need to make an exchange? Email support@eaglelights.com with your order number, shipping address, and part number. For all exchanges, write “EXCHANGE” on the outside of the box to help reduce turnaround time.
Cancelations and Modifications
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible. You may cancel an order before it is processed. Once it has been processed, we cannot cancel the order.
Used or Damaged Merchandise
Any product that shows signs of use, including wear, bugs, dirt, smell, scuffing, mounting, or installation, is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded.
International Returns
Free returns are not available for international orders. International returns should be marked as “Merchandise Return.” Customers are responsible for applicable brokerage or customs charges. Shipments sent COD or with added brokerage fees may be rejected.
Warranty Returns
If you have a product issue, email support@eaglelights.com with a picture of the issue, your order number, and shipping address. Manufacturer warranties do not cover normal wear or damage caused by customer negligence.
Damaged Items
Let us know as soon as possible if anything arrives damaged. Keep all original shipping containers and take photos if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier, and we will assist with the claim process.
