Eagle Lights Warranty Policy

Warranty Support

If a covered part fails during the warranty period shown on your receipt, send the item back to Eagle Lights and you will receive a replacement.

Limited Warranty Covered replacement support

Warranty length varies by part and warranty purchased or included. Please reference your receipt to confirm your coverage period.

Receipt Determines Coverage The warranty period is based on the warranty shown on your original order receipt.
One Exchange Warranty is valid for one exchange of the originally purchased item.
Non-Transferable Warranties expire when you sell your vehicle and cannot be transferred.
Shipping Responsibility Outbound shipping for warranty replacement items is not covered and is the customer’s responsibility.

What the limited warranty covers

All Eagle Lights parts, except any specifically excluded parts, are covered by our Limited Warranty. The length of the Limited Warranty varies by part and by warranty purchased or included.

Covered Failure If a part fails during the warranty period shown on your receipt, ship the item back to Eagle Lights for warranty review and replacement support.
Original Item Only Warranty support applies to the originally purchased item and is valid for one exchange.
Proof of Purchase Please reference your order receipt to determine the length of warranty coverage for your part.
Replacement Shipping Outbound shipping for replacement warranty items is not covered and is the responsibility of the customer.

How Warranty Claims Work

From claim to replacement

Confirm Coverage Check the warranty period shown on your receipt for the specific part.

Submit Your Claim Send your order number, contact information, and photos or details of the issue.

Ship the Item Back If the item qualifies, ship the part back to Eagle Lights for warranty processing.

Replacement Support Once processed, a replacement will be issued according to the warranty terms.

Exclusions and Limitations

Please review before submitting a claim

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper use, installation issues, or certain vehicle use cases.

Misuse or Abuse

Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, customer negligence, or operating the product outside its intended use.

Improper Installation

Damage caused by improper installation, wiring issues, or other faulty parts is not covered under the Limited Warranty.

Excluded Use Cases

Warranty excludes damage related to off-road, commercial, or marine use.

Non-Transferable

Warranties expire when you sell your vehicle and are non-transferable to the next owner.
