If a part fails during the warranty period shown on your receipt, ship the item back to us, Eagle Lights, and you will receive a replacement. Warranty is valid for one exchange of originally purchased item. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation or off-road, commercial or marine use. Warranties expire when you sell your vehicle and are non-transferable. Outbound shipping for warranty replacement items is not covered and is the responsibility of the customer.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF EAGLE LIGHTS, FOR ANY PART OR PRODUCT. EAGLE LIGHTS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EAGLE LIGHTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
All of Eagle Light's parts, except those mentioned above, are covered by our Limited Warranty. The length of Eagle Light's Limited Warranty varies with each part and warranty purchased or inherent. To determine the length of the Warranty on your part, please reference receipt of order.
